Terms of Service

nxt (“nxt”, “we”, “us”) is a personal-coaching app: you set goals and daily actions, and an AI coach named Charly helps you follow through over Telegram and the web. By creating an account or using nxt you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

nxt is intended for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old when you sign up. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we'll close accounts we learn belong to minors.

Charly is an AI coach, not a licensed professional. nxt is a tool for personal goal-setting and habit support — it is not a substitute for professional advice, whether medical, mental-health, nutritional, fitness, financial, or legal.

nxt cannot help in a crisis or emergency, and Charly is not a crisis service.

Charly is powered by large language models. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it can misunderstand you. Use your own judgement, and verify anything important before you act on it. You're responsible for the decisions you make.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it. Please don't:

• Use nxt for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass others.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Submit content you don't have the right to share.

What you put into nxt — your goals, logs, and messages with Charly — stays yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you (for example, sending your messages to our AI provider to generate replies). How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

nxt has a free plan and a paid subscription (“Pro”). The free plan includes every feature with a monthly AI-coaching budget; we may adjust free-plan limits as costs change. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel anytime via Settings → Manage subscription. Your Pro access continues to the end of the period you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds for the remainder, except where the law requires it.
• If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for a short grace period and then move your account to the free plan until payment succeeds.
• If we change the Pro price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next billing cycle.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (such as VAT), which are shown at checkout.

If you're in the EU or UK: by starting the subscription you ask us to provide the service immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period. You can still withdraw within those 14 days by writing to us — we'll refund you minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

nxt connects to services run by others — including Telegram (the chat channel), Google (sign-in), Strava (optional activity sync), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.

nxt is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nxt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. You can stop using nxt and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms.
